No, even if the customer makes amendments. We do, however, charge a late-payment fee of £20 for any missed payments.

Yes, your customer can make early repayments or clear their full balance by calling 0800 612 0946 and making a card payment. There’s no charge to your customer for paying back early.

Yes, you can find the Paylater plan in ‘My Payments’, just search for the customer’s name and click ‘provide invoice details’.

Yes, you can either cancel a PayLater in the My Payments area of our website, or by contacting our support team with your customer, and transaction, details.

We take on all of the risk at Bumper, so you wouldn’t even know about it. Your site gets paid in full (net our fee) the following Wednesday from when a PayLater is completed.

We collect your customer’s monthly payments by recurring card payment. This means we
collect the payment from the payment card details they supply. This is different from a Direct Debit, which is taken using their bank account details.

Yes, though they cannot total more than the maximum amount available on one application (usually £3,000 or £5,000). Payments for multiple applications will be taken separately, but they can be merged by contacting our support team.

Yes, however they would need to pay the standard deposit first and set up their Paylater plan. Then they can call 0800 612 0946 and make any additional deposit payment they would like.
